Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or malfunction that occurs within 12 months of the original purchase date.
If your Kronivara product develops a genuine fault under normal household use, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

What’s Covered

Internal electrical or mechanical failure not caused by misuse or neglect

Faults in workmanship or materials

Defects that prevent the product from operating as intended

What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by incorrect use, impact, or liquid exposure

Wear and tear from normal operation (including filters)

Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Products used commercially or outside the UK

How to Make a Claim

If you experience a problem, contact our support team at support@kronivara.com with:

  1. Your order number and proof of purchase

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos or video showing the fault

Our team will assess your claim quickly. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement unit or relevant part free of charge.
